Spectrum Group Lift was born from humble beginnings in 2013, when we opened our doors as Rock Hard Fitness. Over time, our vision evolved — not just to help people get stronger, but to build a community that lifts each other up, inside and outside the gym.
Today, Spectrum Group Lift blends the science of strength training with the energy of group fitness. Every class is designed for all levels, with expert coaching, progressive programming, and a supportive environment that helps you push your limits safely and effectively. Classes & Personal Training
At Spectrum Group Lift, every class follows a structured, progressive strength-training program designed for all levels — from beginners to experienced lifters. Our workouts combine the fundamentals of weightlifting, functional strength, and conditioning to help you build muscle, improve movement, and feel your strongest.
We train on a day-split system so you can target each major muscle group throughout the week:
• Monday: Lower Body • Tuesday: Upper Body • Wednesday: MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) • Thursday: Glutes & Core • Friday: Upper Body Pump (Flex Friday) • Saturday: Legs, Back & Biceps • Sunday: Chest, Shoulders & TricepsEach
Class is 60 mins, coach-led, community-driven, and built around smart programming that scales to your level — helping you train with purpose, confidence, and consistency
Our Personal Training program offers fully customized one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience. You can keep it individual, turn it into a private small-group with friends, or even combine it with our group classes for a balanced approach to strength and conditioning. Whether you want focused guidance, extra accountability, or a full hybrid plan — we’ll help you build a setup that fits your lifestyle.
